8:00am - Truck arrives/Set Up

8:00-9:00am - Parking for CCCB members at Broadus Raines Funeral Home in Green Cove Springs located near the intersection on US 17 and Hwy 16. Golf carts will take band members to the gazebo, and back after the concert.

9:15am - Call Time (Concert Band)

9:45am - Concert Band performs prior to ceremony

10:00am - Ceremony & Veteran Recognition. Concert Band plays for each branch of the military.

TBA - Concert Band performs until 11:15am

11:15am - Jazz Band performs until noonish
